I started surfing in 1998 and have been addicted ever since. This is a sport that will stick with me for a lifetime. I have been addicted to water skiiing, snowboarding, mountain biking...the list goes on and on. Teaching surfing is my opportunity to pass the stoke onto others: young, old, and anywhere in between. It's hard to say what I love best about teaching surfing...smiles, acheivement, success, improvement, or listening to someone tell you how stoked they are after a great surf session. I am currently a third grade teacher at Carmel Del Mar Elementary. I recently married my beautiful wife Melissa in Kauai. My surfing goals are to travel, surf more breaks, and get barreled as much as possible.
